Anna CohenMiller, PhD

Professor Anna CohenMiller is a multi award winning qualitative researcher and educational leader, keynote and TEDx speaker, who focuses on equity and inclusion in higher education. She spent eight years in Kazakhstan, Central Asia, leading the development of a research university. Through her specialization in arts-based research to facilitate voice of those underrepresented , misheard and/or colonized, she developed qualitative research capacity, creating international research networks, and empowered early career researchers in social justice research. Since then, she moved to Europe and took on a Professor position in Norway to extend work around centering justice in research and pedagogy locally and connecting the regional expertise to global networks.
